Information collected
When you submit the inquiry form we collect the name, email, phone, organization, location, approximate camera count, inquiry type and message you provide. The service also temporarily processes limited request metadata for abuse prevention.
Purpose
We use these details to respond to demo, quotation, pilot or custom-development requests. The form does not collect CCTV streams or credentials.
Storage and retention
Inquiry information is stored on the service's access-controlled server. Before public launch, PCDS should establish and publish a defined retention schedule, authorized contact channel, and deletion-request procedure consistent with applicable law.
Sharing and security
Do not include sensitive personal data, footage or passwords in form messages. Authorized staff may access inquiries for legitimate business follow-up. Appropriate operational controls and backups are required.

Use the contact form to request further privacy information. A dedicated privacy contact should be published before wide customer acquisition.
